If you live in Germany, it will take approximately 2-3 workdays* for your parcel to arrive on your doorstep. For international shipping, it can take between 3-5 workdays*.

Most of our tops and bottoms are reversible and made from high-quality fabrics, include an embroidered logo and wide elastic bands that provide great comfort and an absolute secure fit.

We craft some of our products from Indonesian, locally made fabrics and fibres (virgin or recycled). For others, we use Italian fabrics made from recycled Econyl® nylon or recycled polyester. However, all our Zealous garments are blended either with Spandex or Lycra® to provide that firm fit you are looking for.

We’re a CO2-neutral company that believes in fair, local production. We work with three different factories/agencies and two independent tailors/screen printers, all in Bali. Visit our The People Behind section to find more information on our processes and teams.

Yes, we want you to! Many of our Zealous bikini tops come without knots and ties, and are perfect for yoga, running, or any other workout of your choice.

PLACING YOUR ZEALOUS ORDER

Your new bikini is on its way. Visit https://www.dhl.de/de/privatkunden/dhl-sendungsverfolgung.html and insert the tracking number to track your Zealous parcel.

You will receive your DHL tracking number via email after we’ve shipped the parcel.

You’ll receive a confirmation email from the Zealous team, keep an eye out for this. If we didn’t receive your payment, you’ll get a text from the team to help you complete your checkout.

Yes, you can email us at customerservice@zealousclothing.de within 12 hours of placing your order and we’ll help you to do so.

What’s wrong? Anyway, yes, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing your order. But unfortunately, after it has been shipped, you will have to check out our Returns section.

LET’S TALK EVERYTHING PAYMENT

Yes, our Zealous site is encrypted with a digital certificate that keeps your information private.

We have two payment options available.

Bank transfers for payments to our German bank account. Bank Transfers to our German bank account can be processed via manual transfers or TransferWise.

Besides that, you can also pay via PayPal. You will automatically be redirected to PayPal after clicking “Zahlungspflichtig bestellen”. Over at PayPal, you can pay from your PayPal balance, bank account or even via Credit Card. The latter is also possible without a PayPal account.

Please email us at customerservice@zealousclothing.de and we’ll help you to sort it out. We do advise that normal bank transfers/online payments will work best.

There can be a few reasons for your credit card payment not going through. Check that your card is valid and that your details are correct.

If none of the above works, please email us at customerservice@zealousclothing.de.

You will receive a confirmation of payment as soon as it reflects on our side. In the case of using a credit card, it may reflect immediately, or when using any other method, it can take up to three working days to charge your account.

When you are ready to buy your Zealous garment, follow the checkout prompts. You will have the option to pay with your credit or debit card via PayPal.

Freebies make us so happy! To claim your voucher or promotional code, follow the checkout procedures. When you get to the final window, it will ask you for your code (“Gutschein”). Jot it in, confirm, and you will see the price drop. There you go, you can now purchase your Zealous garment at a discounted price.

If you live in Germany, it will take approximately 2-3 workdays* for your parcel to arrive on your doorstep. For international shipping, it can take between 3-5 workdays*.

Shipping within Germany will be an additional 5,90€.

For orders outside of Germany, import taxes, customs fees, and charges can be levied by the destination country. Import duties and taxes are levied by the respective import customs office and charged to the recipient. These depend on the import regulations of the recipient country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient, we have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

First check with your neighbour. If they have not delivered it to them, get in touch with DHL to check for your possible next delivery date.

There’s a drawstring at the top seam of all our Zealous Surf Bikini Bottoms. You can tie it a little tighter before paddling out. Easy as that!

Yes, this is exactly what it’s made for. We offer high-quality, wave-resistant tops, bottoms, and more for you to go wild in the surf without worrying about exposing any bits.

Most of our surf bikini tops have sports-bra resembling cups that keep everything in its place. You’ll feel confident in our strong neck and back straps, under-bust bands, and integrated elastic bands – it’s perfect for any surf conditions.

Yes, we have various styles with different support structures and cup sizes. We make our Zealous surf bikini tops and bottoms with every woman in mind. From shape to practicality, you will find the fit that suits your body and surfing needs.

ZEALOUS SWIMWEAR CARE GUIDE

In short, rinse, wring, hang. Rinse your bikini with cold water, wring it out carefully and hang it in a shady spot to dry. The sun might damage the material, colours may fade and the fibres might not stand the UV rays.

No. Our recommendation: Keep it simple. Rinse it, wring it, hang your Zealous swimwear in the shade to dry. This way you’ll enjoy your bikini for much longer.

Here’s a tip. Put the bikini in the dryer* for a little while.

*But please be aware that tumble-drying can reduce the longevity of the material. We can’t be held responsible for any damage.

You can have fun in the sun, but like your skin needs protection, so does your Zealous garment. Our recommendation: Don’t leave your Zealous swimwear in the sun to dry. The sun might damage the material, colours might fade and the fibres may not stand the UV rays.

This is a general rule for any bikini in your cupboard – be careful when using suntan lotion or sunscreen. Try and put your sunscreen on before you get into your Zealous bikini.

ZEALOUS APPAREL CARE GUIDE

**Same rules apply for all our products.
Do not bleach – do not iron – hang your clothes in the shade to dry!

Cotton/cotton-mix

You’ll find the care instructions detailed on the label on the inside of your garment.

Generally, we recommend washing your cotton or cotton-mix clothes at 30 degrees Celsius and with similar colours. Only tumble-dry your Zealous cotton/cotton-mix T-shirt if necessary. Always hang them outside and in the shade to dry.

Only if necessary, but we’ll recommend hanging it up to dry instead. Always check the label before going ahead with a decision.

30 degrees Celsius. Nothing more, but definitely less – we always prefer a cold wash.

Yes, you can, but the shade is less harsh and will extend the longevity of your garment.

Viscose/Tencel®/Modal

You’ll find the care instructions detailed on the label on the inside of your garment.

Wash clothes made of these materials at 30 degrees Celsius in the washer. Please do not wash your clothes at a higher temperature.

Don’t wash your garment made in these materials at more than 30 degrees Celsius. It may shrink.

A definite NO.

The fibres are very sensitive and should not be washed with garments that have rough parts like zippers or similar accessories. Always be careful. Our tip: Use a mesh laundry bag!

OH NO! YOU’VE DAMAGED YOUR ZEALOUS GARMENT.

No worries, please send it to us and we’ll repair it.  Please understand that we can’t accept repair requests for products that show common signs of exhaustion after long-term use.

To make use of our Repair and Care program, please follow these instructions.

Send us an email to repairandcare@zealousclothing.de including the following details:

  • Date and location of purchase
  • Invoice No if available
  • Description of the damage
  • Photos of the damage

After reviewing your request, we’ll get back to you within 5 working days.

We can’t 100% guarantee the repair because not all damage can be fixed. But we don’t give up easily. It’s important to us that you are satisfied, and we’ll do anything in the framework of our Repair and Care Program to help you out.

This is a general rule for any bikini in your cupboard – be careful when using suntan lotion or sunscreen. Try and put your sunscreen on before you get into your Zealous bikini.

NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR ZEALOUS PRODUCT?

As soon as we receive your request, we’ll examine the damage. In case of warranty, and if the damage is not a result of misuse or lack of care, we’ll repair the product.

We can give you a voucher to the exact value of your initial purchase for you to find another Zealous piece. Or we’ll refund you using the method of payment that you used to pay for your Zealous order.

Once we have received your return, we will check the items for dirt, damage, etc. If your return is accepted, we will refund you using the method of payment that you used to pay for your order.

Unfortunately not. We are a young, small company and therefore can’t cover the shipping costs for any returns. We can’t issue any return labels. If you want to return something, send the package, insured, with a courier service of your choice. Please make sure the parcel is insured and that you receive a tracking number.
